Youth summit on mental health set for Saturday at CU Boulder

Sep. 28—A free Boulder County youth summit on mental health is set for Saturday at the University of Colorado Boulder.

The summit, for those ages 12 to 24, is from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University Memorial Center ballroom, 1669 Euclid Ave. The summit includes performances and mental health workshops. Prizes, incentives and lunch will be provided to participants. Free bus passes are available to those without transportation.

The summit is organized by Inspire Youth Connections, a program at Boulder County Public Health that focuses on suicide prevention, substance use prevention and mental health promotion.
