CenterPoint: MidPointe Day Rehabilitation

MidPointe can be an essential resource for ongoing recovery, mental wellness, and independent living. Day Rehabilitation includes structured day services for adults living with severe, persistent mental illness (SPMI) or who experience SPMI and co-occurring substance use issues. In this program people learn skills to plan, budget, and shop for meals; handle financial issues; increase comfort in social settings; identify and address health issues; choose leisure activities; develop a social safety net; and more.
